Reserve a Puppy

Step One: Apply

Prior to filling out the application please read our AUTUMN OAK PUPPY CONTRACT

Fill out our ONLINE APPLICATION with as much information as possible. This will be useful to match you with your perfect puppy as well as getting to know you a bit more.

Step Two: Lets Chat

Within a few days, I will contact you by email to discuss the possibility of getting a puppy.

This will allow us to get to know each other and discuss your goals for your puppy.

Step Three: Contract & Deposit

Print, Read, and Sign the Autumn Oak Bassets Puppy Contract

Email the completed & signed contract to: Katlintuckett@gmail.com

Per the contract, the $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

The deposit is deducted from the total purchase price of the puppy.

We accept payments through our Good Dog Breeder platform, Bank Checks, or Cash.

Step Four: Choose Your Puppy

Picking is first come first serve.

For show/breeding potential puppies they may be held back longer than 6 weeks for evaluation. I always reserve the right to hold back "keepers" from any litter.

Once everyone on the waiting list has been taken care of, any additional puppies will be available to approved homes.

Step Five: Schedule Pick Up

Pick up is in Brigham City, Utah. We are willing to help cut down on some of your travel time and meet you somewhere if needed.

We can meet you at our closest airport (Salt Lake City, UT) for you to pick up your puppy as well.

Full Payment is due before the puppy leaves. No exceptions.
